Robert H. Holtz, 42, co-founded Wexford in 1994 and became a Partner in 1996.  Mr. Holtz serves as the portfolio manager for the Wexford Spectrum Funds and the Wexford Catalyst Funds and his responsibilities include global equities, commodities and risk management.  He has served on the boards of a number of private companies in which Wexford has held investments.  From 1989-94, Mr. Holtz was employed by Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. where he attained the position of Vice President.  While at Bear Stearns, Mr. Holtz was involved in bankruptcies, restructurings and real estate investment banking.  Mr. Holtz holds a BS in economics, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
